Value Proposition
Oil and grease traps are recommended to efficiently capture FOG (Fats, Oils, and Grease) at the source, preventing clogging, hydraulic shock loads, and performance issues in downstream STPs/ETPs. By reducing oil and grease at the inlet stage, these systems enhance biological treatment efficiency, reduce operation and maintenance (O&M) costs, and extend the service life of pipelines and mechanical equipment.

Process Description
Wastewater enters the oil and grease trap, where separation occurs through gravity. Oils and grease float to the surface, while heavier solids settle at the bottom. A top-mounted chain scraper continuously removes the floating oil and grease into a collection trough, ensuring efficient separation with minimal manual intervention.
