Process Description: Upon signing the AMC, our engineers conduct an initial System Audit to establish a performance baseline. We then implement a Preventive Maintenance Schedule, which includes lubricating moving parts, checking electrical terminations in MCC panels, cleaning filter media, and testing water quality parameters. In the event of an unexpected failure, the AMC grants the client priority access to our “Rapid Response Team” and discounted rates on spare parts, ensuring the plant is back online with minimal downtime.
